I want to share my impressions about the pharmacy "Planet of Health" and, in particular, about the wonderful pharmacist Margarita. I visited this pharmacy the other day and witnessed the amazing customer orientation and professionalism.
There was a conflicted client in front of me who started making complaints. Margarita, without losing her composure, calmly and politely listened to him. She showed incredible patience and the ability to find a common language, which eventually helped resolve the conflict without unnecessary tension. I was impressed with how she was able to calm down "such a client" and find a solution to his problem.
Immediately after that, an elderly grandmother came to the window, who needed help choosing medicines. The girl was very attentive, patient, and did her best to explain to her grandmother what medications she would need. I noticed how Grandma calmed down and felt comfortable in this situation.
When it was my turn, I was already ready for a positive experience. And, of course, I was not mistaken! They helped me find the right drugs and gave me some tips on how to use them. I left the pharmacy not only with purchases, but also in a good mood.
Margarita's work is an excellent example of how professionalism and customer orientation can create an atmosphere of trust and comfort. It's nice to feel friendly and caring at the pharmacy, thanks to such specialists. I recommend it to everyone!
