The building was built in clear violation of sanitary standards: the balconies of apartments in a neighboring apartment building are brazenly blocked with a wall. I express my deep respect to the chief architect of the city, the customer, the designer, the contractor. You are professionals. This building is a "monument" to your decency. I suggest installing a plaque with your names on it. I do not attend for ideological reasons.
