Many thanks to all the staff of the clinic for their professionalism, patience and human attitude towards the "ponytails" and their owners! I asked for help when my dog became seriously ill. She needed surgery. My first requests (and there were several) ended with all the specialists unequivocally saying that Doucet needed to undergo surgery. They also said that (for various reasons) they would not be able to perform this operation, and the dog should be taken to Gomel or Minsk. Apart from the fact that this is a problem (if there is no personal transport), the dog's condition was, to put it mildly, not suitable for a long-term move. The Planet Vet Clinic has become my last resort in Mozyr. And, thank God and the excellent specialists working here, they helped me and my Daughter! We did a preliminary ultrasound examination and a biochemical blood test. Then the operation was performed. They informed me when to pick up the dog. They told us in detail (and gave us printed recommendations and appointments) for the postoperative period. And today (two weeks later) the stitches were removed and a comprehensive vaccination was done. The dog feels good! She's active, active, and has an excellent appetite! As a result, for some reason they do sedation in order to do just an ultrasound and not perform surgery.As the doctor explained to my daughter, there is a violation of intestinal motility and we will not do anything about it "guided by the interests of the dog," but tomorrow we need to have an ultrasound again) Yes, I will agree to an ultrasound, there will be no foreign object visible, just a snapshot, but intestinal obstruction, yes, it is visible of course! The question is, why not send a picture if you are not confident in your skills (how can you not see an intestinal obstruction?)and keep the dog for two hours and tell him to come tomorrow? The answer is clear, in order to earn more money, but what happens to your dog is already your difficulties, we will not get anything for it.I tried to talk, but no one really explained anything to me, there was negativity and irritation on his part (a very short-tempered doctor, even had a mate)I just said that I have a medical degree, most likely I didn't like it, because of course I won't be silent if I understand that something is wrong. If you value the life and health of your pet, avoid this office!
When you come with a sick pet without an appointment, you will run into a boorish and conniving attitude, they will not immediately listen to you, fearing they will not work according to the "agreed upon list".
Without listening and sitting on the couch to wait for the doctor to be free, they made a remark about the shoe covers (the weather was dry outside, there was no snow, rain, precipitation), what the hell was not joking about - since shoe covers were needed - they fulfilled the requirement, although the serving client, who entered the office, was puzzled by the question of moving around the clinic in shoe covers. I was and moved around quietly without them (apparently this is a VIP service for clients by appointment).
Some people came with complaints, they were treated for others (which did not need to be treated in the end), and it was natural that the pet was gone.
For which I cannot thank this office, but I urge everyone to be vigilant when coming to this office for help and health - you risk running into tears and death.,

Prices are inflated, but these are just flowers when compared with the fact that they inject unnecessary medicines, which in general only worsen the whole situation and the well-being of animals. I will also add that the doctors, apparently, are unprofessional. Otherwise, how can you explain the fact that they didn't even deign to shave the cat's belly at the ultrasound? To achieve the most accurate results of ultrasound diagnostics, it is necessary to shave the wool to get rid of the air between the sensor and the skin, degrease the skin with alcohol, since fat also reflects ultrasound, and treat the surface of the skin and the sensor of the device with a special gel to ensure the best contact. Je suis choquée! All their mistakes can be listed forever. I hope you won't make a mistake, because my cat can't be saved anymore, and you can do it by going through this place.

I do not recommend this "vet clinic" to anyone!!!
The story of how our dog was injected with drugs that she did not need, and what is most terrible, they were injected in a dosage higher than she needed, almost 2 times. 03.02 we sterilize the dog in a wonderful clinic in Gomel, we take her in excellent condition. 04.02 we are already in Mozyr and we observe rapid breathing in the dog, which scared us a little, because we know about some cases of sad complications after anesthesia. We called almost all possible places in Mozyr where we could take the dog, and to our great regret, at that very moment the doctors were either out of town or simply could not accept us in the near future, so it was decided to go to this clinic. We were examined, interviewed, and so surprised that we were not prescribed any painkillers and antibiotics, they say it's an operation, it hurts the dog and everything like that, which of course scared us, who were not particularly competent in this matter, and of course we unconditionally obeyed the doctor, injected painkillers and an antibiotic, because He's a doctor and he knows exactly what he's doing. 05.02 we have another injection of painkillers, on this day the dog begins to refuse food and water, before going to the clinic, I walked the dog, and she normally went to the toilet at large (this is an important detail in this story), then painkillers are injected into her at the clinic, and we go home. After consulting with a doctor, I buy wet food, and in the evening she eats it. 06.02 the most difficult morally days begin, I wake up from the fact that the dog vomits several times in a row, after an hour it happens again, does not eat food, does not drink water, after a few more hours I go for a walk with her, and here the tin begins, in 20-30 minutes of walking she vomited about 12 times! on this day, we were scheduled for injections at the clinic at 17:00, but we arrived earlier, and the only plus in this clinic is that they accepted us earlier. On the way to the clinic, I talked with a doctor from the Gomel clinic (they were interested in the dog's well-being every day), the doctor says that she has such a reaction to pain, they say that it is necessary to stop stabbing him, but we decided again to listen to the doctors of Planet Vet. Upon arrival at the clinic, the dog vomited and there, in front of the doctors, at that moment we were already in such a panic that it seems to me that no matter what they told us, we would agree to anything, if only the dog would be helped. She is examined for ultrasound, they say that "the intestines are completely standing, not working," they prescribe two more injections, and as a result, on this day we are injected with 4 injections (an antibiotic, an analgesic, an antiemetic drug and some other drug, by the way, I read and found out all the information about new drugs myself, we we didn't talk about them), and we were booked for injections the next day. Upon arrival home, we sent a photo of the paper from the appointment to the doctors from Gomel, and what was our surprise when we were told that a different dosage was needed for the weight of our dog (it should be almost 2 times lower!!!), the doctor from Gomel also said that if we continue to inject painkillers, there will be It's only worse, we trusted the doctors from Gomel, and decided to stop treatment at this clinic. And by the way, the doctors from Planet Vet didn't even call and ask how the dog was feeling, and why we didn't come, knowing how bad she was. On the advice of the doctor, we gave the dog only omez, in the dosage that was calculated for our dog. On this day, a few hours after arriving from the Planet Vet clinic, she still occasionally vomited, so it was on the same day that we started giving the dog omez, and I also decided to open the instructions of the drugs myself, and see what the dose should be, and what the symptoms of overdose were, what kind of shock we were when we saw that both the painkiller and the antibiotic were administered to the dog in the wrong dosage (I will attach all the screenshots), and that the symptoms of an overdose of these drugs are exactly what happens to our dog. 07.02 in the morning we gave omez again, she did not vomit until the evening, and lo and behold, she even went to the toilet normally by and large, vomiting only 1 time in the evening, vomiting a maximum of 1 time during the following days, normal trips to the toilet, and most importantly for us, the dog's well-being, she is playful, active He eats with appetite, there has been no vomiting for several days, which makes us very happy.
Honestly, I still don't understand how it's possible that the doctors calculated the dose incorrectly, and I can't help thinking that this was done on purpose. Seeing that the dog is vomiting almost all day, do not even think that this may be a reaction to the drugs that you are injecting, and inject them again? I doubt that a doctor who accidentally incorrectly calculated the dose would inject the drugs again, in the same dosage, most likely it was done on purpose, no matter how much I would like to believe it, there are other adequate answers to the question why she was injected with drugs above the dose, why she continued to inject those drugs that she can I don't have such a reaction. All they said was that it could be a reaction to anesthesia or stress, that's why she vomits, and that's why she doesn't go to the toilet, nothing was answered to our words that on the second day after the operation she normally went to the toilet. Our dog weighs 3 kg, the drugs were injected into her at a weight of 5 kg, which is almost 2 times higher!!! Below I attach photos of papers from the clinic, which prescribe the drugs and the dosage that was injected, as well as attach screenshots of the instructions of the drugs, and the symptoms of an overdose of these drugs. And now we have a minute of mathematics, the drug flexoprofen 5% is injected into us 0.2 ml, now we look at the instructions, in 1 ml - 50 mg of ketoprofen, for dogs the dosage is as follows: 2mg / kg of animal weight, respectively 0.2 ml is 10 mg of the drug, now we divide 10 mg by 2 mg and get the weight of the animal = 5 kg, our dog needed to inject 0.12 ml of the drug, then the dose would be correct! We were injected with this drug 3 times, just imagine, an overdose of the drug three times!!! We look at the symptoms of an overdose, here we have just vomiting, loss of appetite (what we had). We look further, the drug amoxilife, 0.5 ml was injected into us, open the instructions, which says 2 ml per 20 kg of dog weight, respectively 1 ml = 10 kg, and 0.5 = 5 kg. The instructions also say that the drug is used once, and only in severe cases of the disease is injected a second time. It is unclear to me what exactly they found difficult in her condition, but they injected it twice, in the wrong dosage, now we are looking at the symptoms of an overdose with an antibiotic: depression, impaired gastrointestinal function. We weighed the dog in front of them, its weight is also written in the papers from the clinic, so they could not not know that it weighs 3 kg. What was all this necessary for, I don't understand, to get new sores and treat them? Maybe so, or maybe some other intentions, maybe just incompetence of doctors, in general it doesn't matter. With my review, I want to show what kind of doctors work there, and what their attitude towards animals is. Take care of your animals, and trust their treatment to really good doctors.

I do not recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone!!!! Our cat started having periodic seizures (similar to tonic seizures). We turned to this clinic in confusion. We had an examination (ultrasound of organs, biochemistry). In conclusion, they said that everything is fine with the cat, only in biochemistry there are deviations in some indicators, so you need to drink "incomprehensible" vitamins (after we found out that biochemistry was done incorrectly). We paid a lot of money (around 180p). And money has nothing to do with it, I would pay 10 times more just to help my cat!!!
Anyway, after the examination, there was distrust and turning to another specialist, doing an ultrasound, taking tests. Our cat has severe liver problems, kidney cysts and sand in his bladder!!! At the same time, when I looked at the ultrasound, deviations were visible to me, a person who does not understand this!!! As a result, we have been prescribed good treatment and today our cat is better, there are no seizures.
Thanks to this clinic for doing ultrasound "very" carefully and taking tests! I will not advise anyone and in my life I will not turn to "such" specialists!

The only reminder from the operation is the burned belly of the cat, but the operation was performed on January 25 and it is slowly overgrown. I liked the doctors and staff very much. The lobby of the clinic is clean and there is a sofa where you can wait your turn before the appointment. Pet products are also sold, from feed to veterinary medicines.
