The girls and I come here from work every year before March 8. This is our favorite place.
everything is delicious, the waiters are friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, almost homely. On 03/07/2025, we are going to celebrate the holiday again, we have already booked a table. We advise everyone, the prices are affordable and very reasonable. Happy New Year to all the girls!!!

The visit to the Pizza Planet left an extremely negative impression. The last experience turned out to be a complete disappointment, starting with the service and ending with the quality of the dishes.
The waitress was inexcusably rude, which in itself is unacceptable for an establishment that claims to provide good service. Moreover, she managed to remember the order incorrectly, which indicates the inattention and incompetence of the staff. It may be worth considering the option of recording orders to avoid similar mistakes in the future.
Not only the service, but also the quality of the food raised questions. Without specific details, we can say that the dishes did not meet expectations, and doubts arose about the freshness and quality of the ingredients used.
Overall, the visit to the "Pizza Planet" left an extremely unpleasant aftertaste. Urgent measures are required to improve the quality of service and cuisine in order to regain the trust of customers and meet the stated level.

We visited it 10 years ago. Today we decided to remember our youth and visit the pizzeria again. I was just in shock. The interior is the same as 10 years ago, the floor is creaky, the tables are worn, but clean. Nostalgia is straight. And here's the pizza... It's hard to call what they brought us pizza. More like a flatbread and something incomprehensible on top. We ordered 4 different pizzas, but they all tasted the same. It was impossible to eat it. In general, there is only one disorder. The only thing that saved the situation was the very friendly waitresses. We're not going there anymore.

I came with a child and a friend. We ordered food, we didn't eat very well.
The child didn't like anything, the mors and the nuggets didn't taste very good, we didn't like it. We forgot to bring more ice cream that we ordered. And there were 5-6 cm of hair in the ice cream. Is this even normal?!
We wanted to write this in the complaint books, but changed our mind, everything happens and forgave it. And then we asked the waiter for the bill. They brought the bill, we said that we pay separately and we have a different account and there is one check for two. We wanted to figure out why this is?
The waiter started being rude and the behavior with the customers was just terrible, there are no words to describe it.
We ate pizza so well and because of the waiter, we already wanted to throw up, there was such disgusting behavior.
!I do not recommend going to this restaurant.

There used to be a good budget place, old, stuck in 2000, but the food is normal. We came in with the kids today. Rice and fish from the lunch menu are disgusting, dried rice is not cooked, fish tails with bones. The pizza for the kids was sour. I paid 43 rubles. Not another foot. I do not recommend it. I really liked this place. My colleagues and I had a carparative on 12/23/2022. We came to sit and talk. We ordered a table and a meal in advance. Caesar salad was served first, then 15 minutes later it was hot (cutlet, mashed potatoes and salad and croutons sprinkled with cheese), there was a meat plate on the table. Everything was very tasty and the portions were very large. Everyone was satisfied and very well fed. Then later we ordered 2 pizzas. The dough on them is thin, everything was wonderful and very tasty. Thanks to the girls who took care of us. I recommend this place.
