The purpose of the visit was to get to know the place and then go not only to the spa area, but also to massages with your spouse. However, the acquaintance did not go well. Ekaterina, the receptionist, met me, took me to the locker room in street shoes, explained everything fluently. At the same time, I expected to receive at least a towel and disposable slippers, because they did not explain on the phone that this was not provided. Moreover, Ekaterina did not even offer to purchase it for an additional fee, i.e. such a careless attitude towards the guest, they say, she will figure it out somehow. In fact, I just went into the locker room and came out with the understanding that I had nothing with me. Then I returned to the reception and clarified why the administrators did not tell me that I had to bring everything with me, she answered with a question, what should I do, and that I was going to the spa and should understand it myself. As a result, I refused to visit, and only at that moment did I find out that personal hygiene items can still be purchased at the reception. But for some reason Ekaterina did not offer them to me at the entrance, and then a thought followed in the spirit of "what do you want from a visit for 20 BYN? Also, so that it is included?" And here 20 BYN, I still did not understand, I suppose this is how a one-time subscription visit is estimated. Is this even a normal admin comment?? It sounded very cavalier. I appeal to the director:

I repeat, I had intentions to go on a regular basis not only on a subscription basis, but to purchase other services! Unfortunately, businesses often lose customers and profits because of this kind of employee work. It seems like a small thing, but the administrator Ekaterina has worked in such a way that there is no desire to return.
