We were at the SPA on the weekend. In general, it's fine, but it's not cleaned up and smells like mold in a student's public shower, which is the only one in the whole building. There are piles of hair lying on the floor in the wardrobe. There is mold in the hammam, the smell is terrible. The Jacuzzi is cold and there are red deposits on the grilles around the perimeter. The shower of impressions- part of the taps is non-working, the water flows past the human body. If you put things in order and clean, you can still visit, but at the moment the impression is not very good.
Plus: the sauna is great.

I was at Polina's massage. One of the best massage therapists I've had lately! Firstly, Polina does a very high-quality massage, and secondly, she gives competent and useful advice about the body in general. Pros: pleasant receptionist, warm bath and hammam, good massage, pleasant locker room, there is water
Cons: a cold Jacuzzi, the hammam smells damp, a strange shower of impressions, I did not like it, there is mold, salt in the salt room is only on the walls, which is fundamentally wrong if you perceive the salt room not just as an ordinary room with armchairs, but speleotherapy: salt is not sprayed into the air, as in salt rooms at institutions health care
I give 4 stars for the fact that I still managed to relax, relax
But for this price, the spa program wanted more

It's a very nice place.
The Finnish steam room and hammam are complemented by a voluminous Jacuzzi and a tricky shower with 4 modes. There is a recreation room with a TV where you can sit down to drink tea - it can be ordered from the administrator. Tea, by the way, is in the assortment.
Then there was a general massage, which ended with a head massage - very pleasant.
And finally, a salt room and a glass of mulled wine.
This is the range of services I was presented with a certificate presented for the New Year. I liked everything, I plan to return with my friends.

I am extremely disappointed with the attitude of the management of this organization towards its clients. We were presented with a birthday certificate, it was not possible to visit this SPA within the specified time frame for good reasons. One week after the end of the certificate, the visit was refused. It turns out that they received the money, but did not provide the service. Customer focus is zero. I do not recommend visiting.

We were on the spa program for two, we showed everything, tea was offered to choose from , the Jacuzzi was large but not very clean , I liked the Finnish sauna and the hammam, there was nothing to say about the shower , to be honest, they did not give me a normal steam bath and exactly an hour later they called for a massage , I had to wash quickly and get ready , I liked the massage in general.After the massage, there was a salt room, a strange place with a strange smell. The assessment is because the cleanliness there leaves much to be desired, the place where there are no towels is already frightening, the impression is not very good , we definitely will not go there for the second time

The water in the Jacuzzi is cold, the hammam stinks and you need sneakers to keep your feet warm. The sauna is already at an acceptable temperature, but there is probably a metal bowl for cats as a set of water for gravy. The receptionist was not friendly and had a very negative vibe. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone :(

After a hard week of work, I signed up for a massage, looking forward to a great Friday night. There is a "thermal complex" next to the massage room, where the birthday was celebrated. It is clear that the celebration was noisy and all the fun (noise) was in my office (glass door, beautiful, but not practical).
During the massage, it did not work out to relax. I regret that I did not leave. The price and quality do not match.

There is no special device, as in other salt rooms + for some reason it actively smells of flavoring. Music is playing, it's dark enough. It's hard to find the spa entrance. It turned out that the entrance was under the sign #dentistry#.

We went with my husband to an individual program with a gift certificate. The place has not been subject to renovation, probably since the opening. Black smudges on the ceilings, tiles dirty with lime and chipped, broken faucets, the smell of stale water in the Jacuzzi, the absence of a toilet cubicle in the room, washed bathrobes. The tea place had not been cleaned: the trash bin was overflowing after the previous guests, and there were empty bottles next to it. A joyless pastime! I liked the scrubbing, the massage was also pleasant (although short-lived), and they also served good mulled wine. In general, the feelings after the trip here were not very good. We have already visited several spa complexes, and we have something to compare it with! This place can only be liked by those who have never gone anywhere else. Personally, I would not have bought this certificate at all, but they gave it to us, I had to pay a visit🤷🏻♀️

The administrator is a bit strange-he was looking at the laptop monitor all the time, it feels like he was playing there and didn't want to be distracted by visitors. I consider this behavior unacceptable when there are customers in the salon. I liked the massage. Master Polina for a five-point five. I liked it very much. The massage table is really narrow, as already written in the reviews. And there is no sound insulation. You can hear everything that happens in other offices, from conversations to turning on the water.
