Good day everyone! The other day, I started overhauling my old MTZ 82, and I came across the quality of the products of this plant. And I'll tell you what - it's a complete g... what part I won't buy is TERRIBLE! It seems that all the adequate workers at the factory have quit a long time ago, and now they are riveting parts with blunt cutters and drills on battered machines.
The cast brackets of the small MTZ cabin and the suspension parts are all in roughly sealed deep shells and cavities, the rear suspension axis is dangling in their bushings, the holes in the steering gimbals are not even drilled, but torn, etc.....
And the most interesting thing is that sellers in tractor parts stores proudly call these crafts the original Like they're suppliers of the MTZ plant and they're charging inadequate money for them. But there is a suspicion that even if by some miracle this junk reaches the gates of the Minsk Tractor Plant, the parts that have not passed the OTC before being sent to the conveyor in Minsk are immediately thrown into scrap metal, and effective managers from Vitebsk take them out of the landfill and send them to the shops, there is no other explanation.
These are the cons, but of the pros: the parts are lubricated, "heartily" and there is a laser marking of each part.

The plant is excellent. We went on a guided tour with the class, went through the entire plant, introduced us to everything, even if we go to work tomorrow. Our group was led by a wonderful tour guide and, concurrently, the best design engineer of the plant, Denis. He not only presents information well, but also knows how to find a common language with students.

It is a very interesting factory, because my relatives work there. There is a company store and a canteen where you can eat tasty and cheap, I was on an excursion to this plant, and I will say this: it is a good factory
