We had a rest from June 14th to 19th. We booked it in advance. A 2-bed room on the 1st floor with a balcony, in fact on the 2nd, since the 1st floor has a large kitchen and a shop. The balcony overlooks a blooming green front garden, the room is wonderful, everything is available, cleanliness, water around the clock. Near the market, shops. The sea is 10 minutes away . Everything was fine with me. Good location. There is a market nearby.Bus station(so to speak). Olymp Shopping Center The hostess is attentive to requests. It's clean and cozy. I recommend it to those who do not need a 5* hotel, but 3 is enough.

We have been vacationing with Larisa for several years now. We book a room earlier in the winter period because we do not consider other options: Clean, spacious rooms with air conditioning, refrigerator, with all amenities and bath accessories and free Wi-Fi. Also in the rooms there is a kettle, a hairdryer, which is not a little important for women!!!! On the ground floor of the guest house there is a very large clean kitchen, furnished with built-in appliances and cutlery: starting with forks ending with cauldrons. Bed linen is changed more often upon request. There is an ironing board with an iron on each floor. On request, you can wash your clothes in the washing machine. The guest house is located in the center of Pitsunda with convenient access and parking. In one of the reviews left by a certain guest, it was written that money was being stolen, this person who had lost money was me. The money was found. It is very sad that everyone was disturbed and the situation was made public without checking all the circumstances. We have been vacationing at Larisa's for the sixth year and will continue to come here.
