We lived with our daughter from 04.09.2022 to 11.09.2022, in general, everything is fine, modern furniture, TV, good Wi-Fi, there was always hot water, there was no power outage, BUT as always there is, BUT the street is very busy, as if there were no questions for the hotel)) but there are a lot of shops, a canteen, and pastries...it takes 5 minutes to the sailor, 10-15 minutes by walking to the central embankment. In general, you can still come back.
