What I would like to note from the positive: the club itself is very atmospheric, two floors, a sufficient number of tables, a bar counter, it is possible to order a hookah, good tinctures (but their assortment usually ends in two types), the price tag of the menu is average in the city, a fairly convenient location.
But (and this is such a "but", after which the advantages are forgotten) you will not understand how prices are formed on the bar. A vivid example that I came across: cocktail B-52 on the menu is about 15 rubles, but you go to the bar, order and the price is 30 rubles at once (which you will be informed about after the cocktail is ready). At the same time, bartenders take prices "out of their heads" (in one evening you can buy the same cocktail, but ordering from different bartenders with a difference of 10-15 rubles). The waiters at the club are also in no hurry to serve you: they seem to be trying (it seems), but something is not working out for them.
A very ambiguous feeling after visiting this institution.

The staff's work is strange. It was as if we hadn't been noticed. The sofas are not very comfortable. The place is spacious and has a nice design. The kitchen was quite satisfying. Pleasant atmosphere. For karaoke +, We also said we waited a long time and said that we had forgotten about our additional order.

We rested here with friends in one of the closed VIP rooms, chose a place based on the availability of a kitchen, PS 5 and hookahs. We had a great time, some dishes had to wait longer than promised, but the wait paid off - everything was delicious. The hookah master made the best associative cup that could only be made from gastronomic flavors - a separate respect for the efforts. At some point, a girl came with an offer to sing a song (for free!), but our attention was occupied by the console. I recommend you to visit.

The kitchen is great, the price tag doesn't bite either, the bartenders prepare great cocktails, everything is very tasty and fast enough, karaoke is free, had a great time.

This review is written for the institution, as a participant of the gastrofest, the words about karaoke will be at the end.
Let's start from the very beginning, coming to this institution you may be greeted by an empty chair, literally, passing 3 times near us, the waiter even forgot how to pronounce "hello" and so our evening began with waiting for the administrator to meet us. Landing, it was a great idea to put a sofa behind a small curtain, all the vertebrae sent a separate greeting, because of the wind blowing over my back, and my lungs once again thumped with displeasure, due to the fact that cigarette smoke caressed the brain and nervous system.
The service seemed to be at the highest level, after 15 minutes the administrator came up to us, saying that only 3 out of 5 lemonades could be made, but so far these are just flowers. After another 15 minutes, the waiter came up to us and asked the simple question "have you already ordered?", we are simple people, answered "yes", to which this verbose man silently stomped about his business. I'll combine it into a picture for simplicity, in 30 minutes of waiting out of 2 hours of booking, we managed to drink a lemonade, we wait further, and we wait another hour, literally 1.5 hours waiting for food, with my 1st approach to the administrator asking what is going on at all.
The food looked good, it was a pity it was not possible to try it the first time, it was cold, so cold that the liquid cheese sauce was already in a completely different state. Having tried to call the waiter 4 times, 0 times were successful, literally I don't care, okay, we are not proud, I went up to the bartender, asked to call the administrator. Well, it so happened that I had to wave my hand to help in finding me at a table (I asked the question where to expect me, at the bar or at the table, as for me, it would be possible to at least remember which way I was walking with my legs). Naturally, a request was made to return the money for 3 sets (let me remind you, in 1.5 hours we still have only 1 set on the table). After a couple of minutes, it turned out that the gastrofest administrators were "not responding" and we were offered an alternative, food with us or new hot sets. And from this moment on, I'll put the jokes aside, it's not the first time I've been to the gastrofest, it's not difficult to get into the situation, even if hungry, even after our birthday celebration plans were slightly spoiled, we decided not to spoil anyone's mood and still eat, the administrator was incredibly glad and promised A compliment.
The moment of truth, the food on the table, 3 sets at once, the food was in the gastrofest style, but I want to note that I have never seen such disgusting waiters, they almost threw the dishes at us, and the plates were taken out only after the administrator personally brought us the first set. You can also find fault with the food, but we were very hungry and still the mood was not the same, in short, there is nothing remarkable here, the shrimp are frozen, the hash browns are not bad, the sauce too, nothing caused a wow effect. Karaoke starts here at 10 o'clock and we tried to leave, as there was no mood to sing or stay in this place. We asked for the bill for the drinks, and what do you think? We waited for him for half an hour, until I personally went to the bar and paid for it. There was no compliment, not even a mustache was praised.
As a result, as a karaoke, the institution is not bad, the people are pleasant, as a participant of the gastrofest, who receives guests not even on a day off, deserves my first negative review and the first missing tips, it is a pity that I chose this institution for the end of the birthday

We were at this institution on the gastrofest, ordered two additional sets, which were either being prepared or being prepared. After a wonderful spoiled mood) the chip on the cake was an incorrect issued receipt with additional dishes)) 2 times they requested a check ...
This institution is not suitable for such events as a gastrofest, and in general for a more or less pleasant stay.
There are two waiters for the entire establishment, the menu is not compiled correctly, which does not specify either the gram or the composition of the dish or cocktail.
I do not recommend this place for a pleasant stay.

It's even less than 1 star. It remains unknown who is to blame for the organization of the work, but neither the waiters nor the administrator know what their job is. We stood at the entrance to the hall for 10 minutes. I had to go to the bartender and ask where we should sit. To which we received an answer: "Wait for the administrator." During the hour of stay in the restaurant, the dishes were not completed. Drinks were on the bar for 15 minutes, they were not brought. After the first hour, the drinks ran out, and the dishes appeared half an hour later. Thank you that the dishes were warm. You can give credit for that. At the same time, we booked seats and meals in advance. This place definitely cannot be recommended for visiting.

It's a strange place. It's like a canned hookah bar from the 2000s, with an appropriate interior and kitchen. There is no service, the installed buttons for calling the waiter do not work. There are no cocktails on the menu, but the classics are in the way. The kitchen is not impressive, the prices are like everywhere else.

On New Year's Eve, the main dishes were expected for more than 3 hours (but they did not wait for all the dishes, later the waitress reported that they were not in the pre-order). Although the main dishes are ordered in advance so that the service is carried out faster. For some reason, it doesn't work. As a result, the impression of the institution and the holiday itself is not very good, to put it mildly. In addition, the music in the restaurant is very loud, which makes it difficult to communicate even with the waiters. If you want to celebrate the New Year (or something else) at this institution, it is better to be patient. But I would advise you to avoid it))

We visited this institution on 07/09/2020 (we wanted to celebrate a birthday), but it didn't work out very well. There was another company in the establishment that was celebrating a birthday and all the efforts of a single waitress were thrown there. We were warned in advance that orders from the kitchen would be waiting for 30-40 minutes, but no one said a word about orders from the bar. Cocktails were prepared for 20 minutes, because there was one bartender for the entire establishment

Service, maintenance, food is completely zero. The most terrible impressions remained. We celebrated a birthday in this institution. Everything was ordered in advance!! Not a small deposit was left. The table is selected in advance. Salads, cheese, fruit plates were selected and ordered in a couple of days. What is the result? We're coming. The table you selected is occupied. They were transferred to the next one. Nothing is ready from the dishes!!! Salads, slicing had to wait half an hour. After that, we ordered hot food, which we waited for an hour!!! Along with a vegetable plate! A whole hour!! It is better not to talk about the quality of the dishes and the price-quality ratio at all. The portions are small, the pasta was stabbed with 4 cheeses. Although the name pasta in milk with cheese is more appropriate. The pasta was overcooked, and there wasn't even a smell of four cheeses. It was just pasta in a sticky creamy sauce.
There is no service! The waiters came up different and all the time asked for the order again. They don't know what juice is on the menu. They asked for new appliances - they waited for half an hour. But how to clean dishes that have not been finished yet, so they are the first. The guest has half a salad on his plate, she asks- I'll take it already and stretches.

After that, the administrator came up - There is no complaint book, for some reason it is locked in some room. If you want to spend your evening disgustingly, this institution will definitely help you with this! Thanks for ruining my birthday party. We came from another country and arranged such a reception.
