We have been vacationing here for the second year in a row, I really like everything. A large territory with cozy alleys, a beautiful lake, the hotel itself in the form of an ancient castle, a small number of rooms and few guests, which makes the rest calm, quiet and secluded. I would also like to thank the service staff: Marina, the Administrator. The chefs (unfortunately I do not know their names) for the delicious food and the waiters Natalia and Gennady for their hospitality and responsiveness. The only negative is the bathroom.node. We lived in the same room last year and this year, there was water in the shower stall and the smell is terrible, this is when you don't use it, and if you decide to take a shower, then water pours from under the stall directly onto the floor, and nothing has changed in a year. We used the bathhouse twice, everything seems to be fine, but the mats in the shower have not changed for 5 years and how many germs and fungi there are, I think it's not difficult to guess. Therefore, we kindly ask the management of this hotel to correct these disadvantages.
