Level 21 Local Expert

There are playgrounds, but they are in a deplorable state. Every year they only repaint it - on top of the old, half-baked paint. Children play, they like it, but I would like the district to have money for a good children's playground. For example, as in the courtyard, near the metro station Tractor Plant, behind the Start store.
