In general, it is a good courtyard and a good place to relax and play for children. It is well equipped and always well maintained. But I would like the sand from the sandbox to be regularly removed to its immediate place. Repairs and replacement of worn parts are carried out in a timely manner. This playground, especially in summer, is in great demand and not only among the residents of this courtyard. There are always a lot of children of different ages. I cannot say that in autumn and winter it is comfortable here - as a rule, due to some miscalculation, there is always water in the landscape and it is very inconvenient to walk.
