Unfortunately, parents do not watch their children methodically destroy everything, even the rubber coating has been removed in places, exercise equipment is broken, children's rocking chairs too, plastic roofs on gazebos are missing, sand is scattered around the sandboxes. I've never seen anyone take out the trash, the bins are full... A social area, free apartments and such an attitude...
