Level 3 Local Expert

There is a 4-point playground for Baku. For Moscow 3. Rubber coating, lots of slides, swings. Age breakdown. Benches. The general condition is tired. The slides are scuffed, the swings seem to be from the USSR. There is absolutely no shelter from the sun. You can expect more from a playground in the very center of Baku, surrounded by expensive residences.
