Ночью выпивают маргиналы, а днём вороны растаскивают мусор по всему двору. МО "Звёздное" на жалобы отвечает, что денег на решение проблемы нет. Видимо, теперь это нормально, чтобы все ежедневно ходили и видели этот бардак вокруг, а дети играли среди мусора...
