We booked a quest and a room for the holiday. The quest was waited for almost an hour until everything was set up, although the time was clearly stipulated.the room itself was untidy, dirty tables and floor. Shoe covers were given to the company in 2 pairs, they were surprised that there were no more of them, although they were put in an hour and a half later. The urn in the toilet apparently was not cleaned for 2 days, went beyond its capabilities. At our request to change, everyone disappeared.I also tried to persuade her to change the empty bottle in the cooler for a long time, they connected the male half, they changed it at least at the entrance. To get to the basement - the floor of the location, you wade through snowdrifts, the stairs are all covered in snow, the space for children has not been cleared either in the morning or in the evening, crawl yourself as you want. The question is, why such a gray service? I do not recommend it. The children liked the quest.

Celebrated on 16.09 the child 's birthday . The children did not like the quest. Kashchey was not there. I liked table football, but 2 pieces of football players were broken(. In general, the idea is good, but not finalized.
