P.S. the only thing (for this minus one star) is that someone constantly smokes on the stairs, it's very terrible while you go up to the room, although there is a warning everywhere that smoking is prohibited. Pay attention to this point and correct it. Otherwise, everything is fine!

It 's a good place, there is a stalovaya on weekdays , the food is excellent .I've been living for a month, minus one if it's cold in the room there are only 3 heaters, and there are 9 rooms, which is not enough for everyone.
