Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the interaction with the consultant at the offline point. It seemed like we were just distracting someone who didn't want to consult us at all. We found out about you on Instagram, called you beforehand and asked if we could come: we arrived, we were reluctantly shown the possible options. When we were ready to purchase a suitable one, we were only warned that we only work with those customers who purchase tiles for an area of 90 square meters or more. It was not mentioned anywhere, the seller did not warn about anything. We wasted our time and were dissatisfied with the lack of interest in the basic consultation.
