Dissatisfied with this institution. Firstly, they waited 30 minutes until we were served, 4-5 times they called the waiter, they passed by with the words "Now-now". Finally, they decided to serve us, we made an order and waited. After 20 minutes, the waiter comes up and says we just opened the cauldron, we asked why we hadn't been warned about it earlier. He silently left, and 30 minutes after ordering, we receive our pilaf. One of us asked to remove all the fat and leave only the meat, of course everyone forgot about it. A place for locals. The staff is all Uzbek, no one speaks Russian.
There is no menu) But the menu basically consists of two types of pilaf, shish kebab, salads. You can order without knowing Uzbek.
Pilaf is also served in the evening, which is rather an exception here.
I liked the food. Very tasty, 5 out of 5. Portions are normal. One portion of pilaf, three kebabs, Achichuk and a flatbread with tea - we had enough for two just right. It cost 110 thousand. Sum, I think it's democratic.

We go at least once a month to eat pilaf. It's always delicious. Tastier and more comfortable than the TV tower.
Recommendation
Kebabs were taken more than once. I like chopped ones, my husband likes ordinary ones. It's delicious too. But if you have pilaf and shish kebab, you can burst.

Я Зоро из Ташкента. Я не давно была здесь на плов сити. Заказала чайхана плов, мне принисли все было отлично, пока я не узнала что чайхана плов на вкус острый, с горечью. А я человек на пархезе диете у меня проблема с печенью, и мне нельзя острое, горькое солёное и тд. И самое главное офецианты во время заказа моего меня не предупредили, что чайханаплов острый. повора кладут туда горький перец☝️ не все же желают острый горький чайхана плов. Такре ощущение что я попала в корейскую кухню там тоже многие блюда на остром перце готовят. Я понимаю когда все по вкусу, кто хочет гореч ( можно по отдельности принести горечь), а кто нет.

My parents came from Kazakhstan. We think we'll show them great service and delicious pilaf. How wrong we were.
We arrived, the place turned out to be closed. No mention, no announcement, no Instagram, nowhere. They called before they arrived-they didn't pick up the phone. We wasted money on a taxi, we came in vain in the heat. All in order to come and order a taxi back. No respect for customers. I would give 0 stars if it were possible. As a result, we went home to eat a besh. I was ashamed in front of visiting relatives.
