The pilaf is delicious, but the rice is too overcooked. Rice can be black. I ate there 2 times and the error is the same. I don't understand how they make such mistakes.

Definitely one of the worst places where pilaf is cooked. The meat is probably cooked separately, otherwise I don't understand why it is added already before reheating the dish in the microwave.
