There are two types of pilaf in this cafe: Tashkent wedding and teahouse. The teahouse here is more like Samarkand — not greasy and not overcooked, which many will like. I usually choose the teahouse, but the main hit is the wedding pilaf. Unlike other places where the taste of dumba is often felt in the wedding, there is none here, and the meat turns out soft and crumbly. This is really the kind of pilaf worth coming for. Pilaf can be ordered not only at lunch, but also in the evening — I checked before 18:00, maybe there is later. Shish kebab and lagman are also good, but these are not the dishes for which you need to go here. The compote is traditionally delicious, as it is everywhere in Tashkent. The service is fast, the atmosphere in the courtyard resembles the old Tashkent cafes of the 90s. Delicious samsa — you can take it with you through the window. In the Chilanzara area, this is probably the best place for pilaf, especially if you want to eat it in the evening.

It's dirty, the cooks wipe their sweat, then the dishes are collected, the waiters in dirty clothes, stupid, will bring a spoon, then a fork, then salt, then they will forget to bring pilaf. Pilaf is spoiled, dry, the meat is tough. Anyone who writes, after September 22, 2023, that pilaf is delicious, does not understand pilaf, pilaf, in addition to the fact that it should be tasty, it should be beautiful and, most importantly, of stable quality. Chicken eggs in pilaf are small, as if zhuzha (chicken) gave birth, kazy is transparent, thin.
The first courses - it feels like the day before yesterday, lagman - is very sour. It feels like some of the non-chefs are cooking the first dishes. So, like a waitress, it's your turn to cook soups today. We haven't taken soups for a long time.

We work nearby, we come and open it, but not for what we paid. The next time you come, they start to make excuses - the other guy was working, they don't even apologize. We spat, about 12-15 people in the company went there every other time, so let the owner count, on average, a check for 1 person easily went out for 60,000 soums (5 bucks), and this is 600-700 thousand soums for the company, + pies, samsa were collected. We definitely went 15 times a month - here he lost 9-10 million soums on us alone. That's how arrogance, dirt, greed and a decrease in quality cause the loss of customers, money, and most importantly reputation. We have already found another delicious place.
