There was no karaoke in our room, we were asked to make a refund or offer a karaoke room, to which we were told by the receptionist that all the rooms were occupied, and they were twice as expensive, which sounded like we didn't have the money for it)) In general, the administrator communicated quite arrogantly and with hostility, which gave a negative impression of the trip. I don't want to rely on aspects of the girls' appearance, but a girl with long black hair is more customer-oriented than her colleague, unfortunately, the names were not remembered. After we were refused a refund, we would also like to receive a comment from the administration of this institution, on the basis of which there was a refusal? we did not use the service. In the end, we still stayed in the room. There is no subscription to YouTube, ads are constantly popping up. Friends bought drinks at the bar, and drinks were waiting for about 20 minutes. I do not recommend this institution to anyone. We celebrated a birthday, but unfortunately the impression and mood deteriorated irrevocably. Firstly, they didn't warn about the rules of visiting the space (you can't bring your own drinks and food, although there was no such ban just half a year ago). We were warned only after the fact that the deposit would not be refunded if we went in with our own. When asked to resolve this situation peacefully, the leadership responded with silence and complete disregard for the situation. The administrators waved off the phrases that they should have called us and warned us, but something was closed there and blah blah blah, these are your problems, not the client's. As far as I understand, not informing about important things is a feature of this space. The room is designed for 8 people, but the 5th was quite cramped and uncomfortable. They took a hookah... it would have been better if they hadn't. I've never tasted such filth before. After asking to change the coals, the wait was 15 minutes, when there was already dust on the hookah.… In general, I do not recommend it.

The furniture was of very poor quality, the table took up all the space between the sofas, we wanted to move it a little, and one part fell off. But that's something else... They said that we have a range for half the cost of the room. Yes, we broke the rule and brought our own alcohol. But not only did they close our deposit, but they also tried to force us to pay for what we had already ordered into it. It turns out 240p on top, they wanted another 60. When they started asking unnecessary questions about the legality of these actions, they called the police squad! They thought they could make us pay that way. But the police officers told them to file a statement to the court. Illiterate and frankly stupid administrators stretched the showdown for an hour of our time and, having failed to explain to the police on the basis of what we owed them money, simply turned on the back door. They refused my and the police's offer to go to the local department and give explanations. I have reflected my impressions in the complaint book. I think the tax office will be interested.

A great room to spend time with family and friends. The room is clean, there are no unpleasant odors, the administrators are always ready to help you figure out how to turn on a movie or game. You can turn on karaoke and sing songs from the bottom of your heart, especially important for bachelorette parties) There was even a window in the room where we were, which made it easier to breathe with more friends. There are comfortable sofas in the common room, so it is not worse than private rooms, their main difference is privacy.
