A good budget hotel, a lot of greenery on the territory, the rooms are cozy, the attitude at the reception is good, friendly, the breakfast is good, but it may seem monotonous Cons: poor room cleaning, even if you leave a tip, there may be ants in the room, especially in the kitchen

A great hotel, there is everything you need, including a kitchenette with utensils! Old furniture, of course, but serviceable, the staff is friendly! The breakfasts are monotonous, but everything is always fresh! The location is excellent, the beach is within walking distance as well as shops, cafes, markets! There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the main street, every hour.

I'll start with the cons: - it was not possible to contact the hotel to book a room. There was no response to messages, emails, booking requests through the website, and so on. Positive: Despite the fact that it was not possible to book a room in advance, we arrived anyway. We were immediately offered a choice of several rooms and bungalows. We chose room 601 (De Luxe), which was a little more expensive than we would have liked. We had to haggle a little, and as a result, the price was slightly reduced, since we rented for a long time and paid in cash.Then the manager ordered us to be taken to an exchange. The room is spacious, with a kitchen and a medium-sized refrigerator (in addition to a small one outside the kitchen), plenty of closets, a large balcony, a dryer, a bathtub and a shower. In general, the room has everything you might need for a long stay. Room cleaning was always excellent. The bungalows and deluxe buildings have a private pool, which was especially nice. There were always free deck chairs and umbrellas. There is a shower and a Jacuzzi. Tables and chairs. The territory of the hotel is not large, but beautiful, lots of blooming greenery. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the tuk-tuk road. There is a shop and makashnitsy near the hotel. The sea is literally 5 minutes away, in a straight line across the street, but this is for those who like the sea in Pattaya. The beach is clean and well maintained. In the evening, it's nice to walk along the shore, have dinner with a beautiful view, or just spend time.
