I've never seen this anywhere, it's a terrible attitude towards customers who paid 3,750 rubles and 200 for delivery.

I guarantee you, you will have a rest on it on the 10th. We agreed , paid the amount , drew up the contract and left , unaware of what awaits us next . Day X has arrived . Of course, no one called us, they called us themselves. We ask, we have a delivery for the evening of the sofa, but it is still not there , to which he answers , and it will not be for you today , wait for my clients for a week , then 2 weeks they wait. Were we honestly shocked?! Why not call in advance and say that he won't be here!?!?!? When initially he promised us that he would be accurate and on time ! But the most interesting thing was waiting for us ahead , he said you would have a sofa on the 11th . We agreed, but when tomorrow came, he said that we would not deliver it tomorrow or after tomorrow, they say there are no legs!!! Then we offered him a showcase option , but we immediately said if it doesn 't fit in size , we don 't need it ! He assured that the collectors would come ‘professionals in their field!!!’’ . The collectors arrived , they began to assemble the sofa, their wife tells them that it will stand too tightly. To which they replied : we will collect - we will see ! My wife was against it, but they didn't listen to her!!! As a result, he got in as a carpenter! And they say , well , how are the norms ? She's in shock! We've given up on that. But when assembling the sofa, they shoved it so hard that they broke the baseboards! They left a scratch on the laminate! And we told this head of the office ‘ on the couch " all this. He ignored us! I wrote that you would come by and pick up the deposit and that 's it !!! And who will reimburse us for all this spoiled?!?!?! You 've wasted your time! Strength and got a spoiled mood !
