They quickly fill out all the mail themselves. They explain everything politely. The only thing is that the location is a little wrong, the taxi brings it from the back and then you have to go around a lot.

Сервис на уровне плинтуса, часто посылки залеживались по 2 недели никто не сообщал естественно. Приходилось выяснять называть адреса треки и только потом посылка о чудо находилась под рукой. Всегда "доброжелательные сотрудники, но к ним претензий быть не может так как платят копейки, проблема в руководстве, в целом можно работать ещё хуже.
