But the cashier said that for these envelopes it is necessary to additionally buy stamps for Belarus and paste the stamp next to the letter A. Everything would be fine, but a couple of days later another cashier came to buy envelopes and already another cashier, when selling the same envelopes, said that they did not need an additional stamp for them, this letter A is the stamp! I wonder how it happens? The employees of the post office are on their own mind! Who does what they want to do?
