The women who work there are dissatisfied with something, they don't treat people very well. Once we stood in line for 30 minutes, then the girl says "a car is coming to me" and closes the branch for 15 minutes - is this even normal? It was work time, not a break. I think that first you need to let go of the people who are standing in line, and then take the car (especially since there were pensioners, they would have been accepted, but not). There were also several people in front of me, a female employee was sorting out some kind of parcel and only then began to receive people, that is, at least 5 people were waiting for her. First you need to let people go, and then deal with the parcel, as some people were in a hurry and could not wait long.

I have always used the services of this post office. Always responsive and courteous, the operators were pleased with the service. In November, I went to pay for electricity at 15:50. I waited until the only customer was served. And then the question comes to me - "what did you want?" I replied to pay. And then it's just like cold water - "that's it, we accept payment until 14." And I didn't accept it, even though no one was there and they work until 17. August 2025. I would like to add my indignation at the work of this department. Absolutely incompetent staff. I am sending a registered ("not valuable") letter with photocopies. It's just a formality to attach an inventory to the documents... Not only is the inventory form on a rusty piece of paper with the Ukrainian language, but these "employees" take out the papers from the envelope and begin to count them by rereading the pieces of paper. To the question, what are you doing? - the answer is with a shout, "we check the attachments, but we don't like it, and throws a pile of papers on the counter." "Absolute insanity. Their task is to check that instead of papers, the sender did not put drugs or something else that does not match the inventory. BUT then there was a wild discussion - they had an order to "check" Half a year ago, I sent it from another department. Everything was done delicately and professionally. As they say, there are so many mouths, so many laws. The disappointment has grown to one star. Just 🔥
