I made an order for household appliances. As a result, the goods were not delivered (at first they wrote that everything was fine, just a delay, then that there were problems at customs, then various other reasons). As a result, after a month (or two) of waiting, I asked for a refund. Then there was another kilometer of correspondence with the support service. But all without result. The money was never returned. The service of the bank "chargeback" helped - I wrote an application to my bank, attached all the documents and correspondence, as a result, my bank returned the money to me. And yet - the first thought was to sue them (then there would be a refund of the advance and a penalty) BUT when you send a payment through the site, you do not know who you are sending them to (the bank replied to my request that it also did not see which company the money eventually went to), so the court is not an option. That's the perfect way they work.

I do not recommend it. I was an ardent fan of this service. But the last time I made a delivery from the USA was on April 5, 2024. Today is 06/13/2024 and the parcel is still in the status "Sent for packaging" . The support service in the chat responds with a 7-day lag, but they have not responded to email for at least a month and a half.

There is also no one to write statements to, since the contractor under the contract is a Hong Kong offshore company. Do not use this service in any case!

The order was created on January 3, 2024. We delivered the goods to the Mail Global warehouse in the USA in a week. I added the option "Send a photo of the product", three photos of each product were sent to my personal account. The transport company billed for delivery after weighing, and the parcel was formed the next day after payment (January 12, 2024). This is where the "fast" part of the international purchase ended, and the "slow" part began. The parcel from the warehouse in the USA was sent for international delivery only on January 24, 2024. In correspondence, I was told that goods for international shipment are sent in batches as they accumulate. once every 1-2 weeks. Apparently, I was "lucky". At the end of January, I received a notification by mail about the need to provide passport data and INN to the GBS Broker company, which provides Global Mail with customs broker services (on the import side). For some reason, the Russian Post does not do this on its own. This may be due to certain sanctions restrictions, and in general, the stage of customs control was passed quickly enough, but it was not very convenient to communicate with two counterparties at once. The parcel arrived at the border on February 4, 2024, and left customs on February 6, 2024. The parcel was assigned a track number at the stage of formation, but it was possible to track the movement through the Russian Post only after receiving the parcel from a customs broker for domestic delivery. The parcel was displayed at the Sharapovo sorting center (the main hub for international shipments) only on February 15, 2024. But she was brought from Sharapova to Moscow in less than a day. I picked up the parcel from the post office on February 15, 2024. In total, the parcel went from the USA to Moscow for 35 days and another 9 days passed from the moment the order was created to the formation of the parcel in a warehouse in the USA. Initially, the delivery time is declared "from 2 weeks". In correspondence, I was told that 4-5 weeks pass from the moment the parcel is formed to arrival at the post office. It turns out that my parcel passed the "upper limit" of the delivery period. The goods are packed with high quality, the parcel was not deformed during transportation, it was not opened. The operators of Mail Global answered questions quickly enough, but tried to do it as smoothly as possible according to the statement of some deadlines. I had to ask again and clarify. As a result, you are not left in the delivery process, you are answered politely and promptly to all questions, but everything is very slow for the delivery itself. In terms of price-quality ratio, I am satisfied. I probably wasn't very lucky at the stage of shipping a parcel from a warehouse in the USA, and on average it would be possible to receive a parcel a week earlier, but in general, the stated deadlines of 4-5 weeks are rather true.

I decided to make my first order through this delivery service. I was prompted to do this by the bitter experience with sdek, which lost the order 2 times in 4 months, but that's another question. I made an order for ASOS, indicated everything, back and forth 6-8 days and the order was sent by post. In 3 days in Moscow, and here is the saddest thing. This is the work of the Russian post, 2 weeks stupidly in sorting without movement, two weeks is a week in two. As a result, it came and I received it from the moment of ordering on November 28, received it in the mail on December 29. In principle, it's not bad. I recommend the service

Complete disappointment from the last order. From 03.11.2023 to 08.02.2024, we could not find an order in our warehouse in Germany. They did not provide any information, they nodded at the store and the transport company. I sent a request every two weeks and was instructed to "wait". I found out that the order was delivered from the store to the warehouse on 03.11.2023 by the track number from the old label on the package when I received the parcel in February 2024. "due to technical difficulties, your order was difficult to scan and identify in the warehouse, so the search took some time." Some time is a certain number of months! I mentioned compensation: "Due to the fact that the order could not be found in the warehouse for a long time, we conducted proceedings with the store and clarified the circumstances. Compensation is not provided in this case." They don't want to apologize and make up for the impression, which means that the last order will be the last. I won't clutter up the warehouse for people.

I asked through global Mail support for their employee to help sort it out there on the spot (you can probably go next door to clarify, as it seemed to me). But they ignore my request and claim that it is necessary to solve it through the store, but they do not explain why it happened that the delivery did not get to their warehouse. Through the service, it is not only convenient to do this, but also profitable, because I watched the same smartphones - we get more expensive, because of the markups for retail sales and stores in Russia. They bring it fast enough, sometimes it takes longer from Alik, while everything is of original quality and without the risk of getting counterfeit.

Run away from this service if you haven't managed to contact them yet. I have never met more incompetent specialists. You order a courier, pay for this service and they send you a parcel to the branch. At the same time, they claim that this is my choice, without explaining in any way why courier delivery is listed in the information about the parcel in my account!!! Another situation: you request to make a refund of an item purchased but came with a marriage from the seller, as a result, Mail Global declares this refund to the seller a month after my request, while the support staff, trying to get out of the situation, begin to talk about some non-existent "return approvals" from the seller, persistently refusing to name the date of the request and provide confirmation. Do not waste time on these services, there are plenty of other similar ones.

It's very similar to a private shop, when in any situation they can simply stop reacting to you... I have not worked with them for two years now, but during these two years they have not compensated me for the cargo that the US Department of Justice confiscated in their container and never gave it to them... After a year and a half of hanging this cargo, I was offered to draw up a refund agreement (only for goods without delivery, because they "did their part"). When asked how to get a refund, if the cards from which I paid have been closed for a long time, they said that you can specify any account in the contract... Half a year has passed - silence. The site just stopped responding to me - they just stopped responding!I got them through their other vk group site. We received several payments to a card that is still working, and to a card that has not been valid for 1.5 years - they transferred the money and sent me a screenshot)))) Why not to the account that is in the contract?! Moreover, all transfers are made from a frequent Tinkov Bank card... To the question, how is it and that I will not receive the money, because the card is closed, they wrote that I should call the bank and clarify. Although why - it's already clear to me that I won't get money for a non-existent card. Well, I called the bank - they told me the same thing. I wrote to tech support again... For more than a month now, my parcel has simply disappeared from these scammers! At the end of March, the parcel was received at a warehouse in Germany and ready for shipment, just information appeared about the change in the customs limit and I began to write to them about it!!! - as it became known to me later, all normal international logistics was aware of this and, with respect for their customers, warns them about it, and does not create situations when the customer gets to + 15% clearance - but here it is clear what kind of service is luck if you are deigned to answer another smear in the chat!!! I wrote to them: "do not send the parcel, it will need to be repackaged." They said OK , they said that they needed to pay extra and it started - it's Easter, we are waiting for a response from the warehouse, etc. Now they have stopped responding to messages at all., I would like to understand the scale of the disaster - maybe they just lost my parcel for almost 1000 euros ((( .

On April 20, 2024, I sent the parcel PGB-29183988 for packaging. On April 22, 2024, the status of the parcel changed to "Sanctioned goods" without any additional explanations from Mail Global. At the same time, according to the information on the [link] page, none of the goods in the parcel fall under the Global Mail delivery restrictions, which I wrote about in a chat on the website on April 24, asking to clarify which goods in my parcel are sanctioned. After five reminders, Global Mail continues to ignore my messages and does not inform me in any way about further actions. It looks like they just decided to ignore me and not give me my property.
