A small parcel was sent from this post office to Italy. Which never got through. The Georgian Post sent a complaint form, everything was filled out, all the documents were attached, and the answer came that they were not going to pay any compensation. There was one handkerchief in the package, and the equivalent of 22 euros was paid for the shipment...

In general, the department is clean, the employees speak Russian and possibly English, all are polite, always help, try to do their job well, I think this is the most important thing.
