The post office is very small. It is impossible to get up there with a wheelchair. Throwing a stroller on the street to go get a package or pay for services... I think this is a big disadvantage. There's a bell downstairs. In theory... after the call, the employee of the post office should come out and help if necessary (or go up to the room, or serve on the spot (for example, take out a parcel))...
