However, I was outraged by the following! The order was made in the amount of just over 40 rubles. According to the information on the website, if the order amount exceeds 40 rubles, delivery is free of charge. The time and delivery address were agreed with the operator, but after a while they called again and said that the delivery would cost 2 rubles, since the delivery address was Shabana. I don't know from whose point of view Shabany is not Minsk, that's one question. But the most important problem is that the cost of delivery to certain areas in the amount of 2 rubles does not appear anywhere on the site. Does the store owner really not understand that in this case we are talking about unfair advertising (paragraph 1 of Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Advertising")? And I, as a consumer, can quite go to court due to the fact that my rights and interests have been violated (Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Advertising")? The question is not 2 rubles. But if there are delivery conditions, they must be respected, period.
