I do not recommend this store to anyone, adults and thinking people especially!!!!!! Only when accepting an order by phone there was an adequate employee. That's where the service ended and it started.: 1. Instead of 7 peonies, they were going to send 5, it's good that I asked them to send me a photo before delivery, I wrote that they made a mistake in the quantity, after which the bouquet was increased by 2 flowers. 2. The paid delivery included: a set of 15 balloons, a bouquet and a postcard with the inscription "certificate for wish fulfillment 1000r". Upon delivery, the courier had to say "happy Birthday." Instead, the birthday girl who opened the door received only a set of balloons and the courier's inappropriate question, "Have you paid?" To my question, "Where's the rest?", he replied, "Oh, right, I'll get it now." He returned with a bouquet and a postcard containing 100 rubles instead of 1,000 rubles. 3. When the daughter took the balloons to her room, 2 balls of confetti immediately burst. In general, instead of a satisfied smile, the birthday girl had tears((( Once again, I am convinced that most of these "services" are inattentiveness, laxity and constant mistakes of the staff.
