I absolutely do not recommend a specialist in terms of treating the problem of ingrown toenail. She applied on 04/07.23 complaining of pain in the area of the periarticular roller, which increases when walking and pressing. The doctor examined the finger, asked me why half of my nail was externally changed and of a different color. Why does my podologist ask me why my nail looks like this if I came to a specialist for this answer? Then, without anesthesia and warning, without any diagnosis, he begins to tear off the nail with pliers from the side, it hurt me very much, I screamed in pain, but he continued to tear off the nail and did not react in any way. Then I asked if it hurt less when I tore off half of the nail, the finger only hurt more, and he kept asking me if it hurt less, even though I was sitting in tears. In general, I did not get the reason for the ingrowth, but I got an even more aggravated problem (the nail grows even lower), moral trauma, wasted 30 rubles. So that you understand, recommendations were given: cut off a piece from the mask (for the face) and push it under the edge of the nail, which I can't even see and smear the mekol, although purulent inflammation is not even close to visible. I HIGHLY do not recommend this specialist, only if you want to get injured and have your money taken away. Achieve the best effect if you go to the polyclinic to the surgeon at your place of residence, who works for the third day and for free. The photo below is a photo after the "treatment".if the treatment in a private office now is to tear off a piece of a deeply growing nail, then it is unclear where to turn at the moment.
