The bathrooms are dirty, the shower handles are broken in the men's shower. Liquid soap is in short supply. Nevertheless, it is quite an acceptable option for inexpensive housing.

Pros: cheap, in the center (15-20 minutes to Khreshchatyk), clean, good Internet. Cons: it is very noisy if the Windows overlook the Embankment.
