For the third year I have been going to Lidzawa and the Sunflower cafe on Agrabah Street - one of the two cafes that we found there at the beginning of the street.
The problem of the cafe is the waiters. Two girls who behave in a rude and completely unprofessional way. The guy is friendly, fast, jokes a lot, which is very endearing. The last time, the waiter Marina immediately started making fun of our actions. To my request to count me separately (I came there with unfamiliar women from my hotel), she replied, "you have a Caesar for 400 rubles, what don't you remember? Then she answered the women's questions about the dishes in a boorish way and "fuck off." Then, when I ordered more and repeated my request to count me separately, I started rolling my eyes and being rude again. I took the complaint book and started writing.
As a result, my Caesar was brought to me in a very dirty plate (similar to a hat with wide sides), stained and with a lot of fingerprints, and the salad was stale. All the dishes were placed on the edge of the table and with a proud look she left.
The guy approached him in the remaining time.
Then the second waiter girl began to read the book of complaints at the bar and laugh loudly, "Marina has not seen this yet."
The food is mostly delicious, I won't go there anymore because of the waitresses who, instead of doing a neat job, sit and have fun, and then arrogantly rude.

We came from the beach for 2 days. There was no place on day 1 so we left. We came on the 2nd day there was no place, we waited for about 15 minutes and a place was vacated. For food: we took noodles, okroshka, chanakhi, fried eggplant and khachapur. The noodles were good, the okroshka was empty, there were a lot of vegetables and little meat in the vats, fried eggplants were delicious, khachapur was average. It was better last year.

Вкусно, разнообразно. Пробовали почти все из меню. Очень понравились мидии в сливочном соусе, курица карри и штрудель. Достаточно быстрая подача. По своему уютно. На мой взгляд, сделать небольшой детский уголок на свежем воздухе, предусмотреть систему увлажнения и добавить несколько беседок во дворе для больших компаний. Удачи владельцу, поварам.

Всё в этом кафе достойно высшей оценки: чистота, уют, быстрота обслуживания, ассортимент блюд. Доброжелательные официанты всегда помогут сделать выбор. Отдыхающие могут прийти как утром на завтрак, так и вечером посидеть с бокалом вина. Хочется попробовать всё! Но чаще мы повторяли свой заказ. Спасибо вам большое! И за вкус, и за эстетику, и за наше настроение!

the next day I ordered chicken Curry with rice - the rice is cold, it is impossible to eat.
Today I ordered a dish, I waited for 40 minutes!

Жили в Лдзаа 9 дней, питались в этом кафе ежедневно. Спасибо большое трудолюбивым абхазским девушкам за вкусную, безопасную (сюда смело можно заходить с детьми), разнообразную еду, за идеально чистую посуду, за быстрое обслуживание!!! Особенно понравились сырники и оладьи на завтрак, хинкали и пюре с котлетой на обед, все блюда гриль на ужин. Всем работникам Подсолнуха спасибо!

We ordered 2 pieces of chicken noodle soup, kharcho, solyanka and khachapuri.
Noodle soup is one name, it feels like it's diluted.
My wife threw up at home because of the pickle.
For some reason, the kharcho is made of pork, and for some reason the pork is not a piece, but like porridge in soup.
Khachapuri waited 45 minutes, the total time was 1:20, although we stopped for lunch for 15 minutes and went for a walk to Pitsunda. As a result, we returned to the room and lay down.

We visited this cafe several times in July 2024, starving on modest Abkhazian grubs. I liked everything the first time, quickly and inexpensively. Then we took pizza to take away, pizza is also normal. On the last visit, before leaving, they were poisoned either with borscht or meat, and drove home in a semi-fainting state (which is generally a so-so experience behind the wheel). Soups can't be taken there for sure, it's not known how old they are.
She was killed by a waitress who was a royal, who was being pestered by some plebeians. I brought 4 appliances instead of 5, half a liter of lemonade instead of a liter, an inadequately aggressive reaction to a polite request to convey the missing, and finally, the final question (when they ate everything): "Well, what else are you missing?" ))

We came to the cafe 3 times, the first 2 times we ordered soups (borscht, kharcho and chicken noodles), they are absolutely tasteless. This time we came and took pancakes with condensed milk for breakfast 2 servings, in these two untouched portions we found hair, naturally we did not pay. And besides, we waited for orders for 20-30 minutes. I do not recommend this cafe!

В целом понравилось.
Плюсы: чистота и четкость не вызывают сомнений, вокруг небольшая лаунж-зона и дети там играют. Место основательное, добротное, без свойственного Абхазии сарайного стиля.
Минусы : дороговато (тарелка сытного супа от 350 руб, насколько я помню). Не всенда вау-вкусно, лодочку-хачапури и повкуснее ели. Детское меню - сосиски!? Нет котлеты с пюре для ребенка.

Почитали отзывы, посмотрели на рейтинг. Решили посетить.
Еда вкусная, всё свежее. Повару - честная твёрдая пятёрка! А вот обслуживание... На уровне "как вы тут всех достали... понаехавшие!"
Едкие замечания на элементарные просьбы и вопросы - фирменный стиль заведения. Задал вопрос флегматичной девушке за барной стойкой. Ответ шикарный: "Я что, похожа на вашу официантку?"
Нет, блин, ты похожа на хабалку, работающую на конкурентов!
Справедливости ради стоит сказать, что одна из девушек немного исправила положение. Увидев, что её коллеге (нашей официантке) телефон гораздо интереснее наших потребностей ("чо, не могли сразу что-ли всё заказать???"), она довела дело до финала и приняла у нас вторую часть заказа.

The place itself is located away from the road, everything is pretty enough. There are no dirty tables. After the guests, everything is quickly cleaned. We were hit by a full landing. I had to wait about 20 minutes, not critical.The waiters are running around like ants. The order was for 13 people (8 adults and 5 children). It was delivered within 20 minutes, which is good. Prices are the same as everywhere else.
For food. I speak only for myself. I ordered meat from Abkhazia and Gourmet salad + Soviet draft beer. I didn't like the food. The meat was sinewy and chewed for a very long time, I didn't even finish it. Gourmet salad is generally a separate topic.
The composition includes eggplant, cheese, tomatoes and walnuts + dressing (this is on the menu) price 350 rubles / 250g. They brought something scattered on a plate. A few pieces of eggplant, tomato and cheese on a pillow of lettuce, there was no walnut, no dressing either. This salad is one of my favorites and I always order it on occasion, but here I was very upset about the content and taste. It felt like a piglet was cut up and take it and eat it. Of course, I understand everything, a full landing is a big strain, but spoiling a salad is something. The beer is delicious.
The children were given French fries and strips. The strips are not tasty, but the potatoes did not come with a bang.

Были здесь в середине Августа. Понравилось абсолютно всё!
Еда вкусная (а у нас были привередливые люди в еде😆), персонал приветливый, отзывчивый, всегда шли на встречу. Официанты вечером, когда полная посадка, крутятся, как пчёлки)) Вика, Даня, Влад и ещё одна симпатичная девушка (простите не узнал Вашего имени) - вы все просто супер!!! Всегда было приятно общаться, поднимали настроение) никого понапрасну не заставляют ждать! Если сравнивать с другими местами, то здесь можно сказать ресторан!
Желаю Вам дальнейшего процветания и постоянного стремления не опускать заданную планку!😉

We had a rest with family and friends in Pitsunda village of Lzda. We came to lunch at the Sunflower cafe, with children, more than once. I liked everything about the staff, the service, the atmosphere and of course the food. Everything was delicious, thank you very much. We recommend it.

Неплохое кафе, можно прийти спокойно позавтракать, пообедать и поужинать. Цены приемлемые, подача довольно быстрая. Обстановка уютная в кафе играет музыка. Думаю для этой местности очень даже хорошее место!

We were in this cafe in September 2023. We got such a disappointment.... for 8 years we went to Lidzawa for a month + and we always went there to eat and everything was just wonderful. But not this year. We ordered a Sunflower salad and a frying pan. The salad was probably brought yesterday, and the frying pan was simply warmed up without thinking for a long time. What can I say, there was no bread in the cafe (and it's not fate to run away to a penny) Some visitors themselves went for bread for a penny. And this is in the middle of the working day. Such a terrible disenchantment! We loved this cafe very much, but it's so grumpy that they served us this time, it doesn't go through any gates. It was such an atmospheric place and what happened to you? It was always very tasty, excellent waiters Marina and Samvel were always hospitable and friendly. And now what? Warmed-up food with meat that was given to dogs....By the way, in the Abkhazian vkontakte group I left a review about this trip to Sunflower, (it was so insulting what happened to this cafe) which was safely demolished by admins, probably so that people would not read the negative. But after all, you are being scolded for the cause. I hope the owner of the Sunflower reads these reviews. Well, we don't go there anymore. Like that.
