Terrible organization of the New Year, we went to Zamin, throughout the tour everything did not go according to the pre-planned plan. After reaching the border of the Zomin Reserve, the buses were not allowed to pass further, at first they said that we were waiting for other buses, then that there was no permit. Then we went at our own expense to the hotel as best we could, some by cable car, some by taxi. It was snowing . There was no lunch stop. Finally, when we got to the hotel, we were told that there was no lunch, after a scandal, the children and some adults were fed. Not all children received gifts from Santa Claus either. The organization of the trip was very bad There were many more disadvantages. The wyndham hotel itself was in a good location, with a suspension bridge and a cable car within walking distance.

Why was the tour (5 locations on January 11th) stressful for me?: The trip left very negative impressions due to organizational issues. On the day of the tour, there was one schedule in the pinned chat message, according to which the next move after lunch was scheduled for 4 p.m. It was on this information that I focused during the day and when buying a tour. However, in the morning, on the day of departure, a different schedule appeared in the general chat. There was no separate warning about the time change, the fixed schedule was not corrected and the changes were not clarified before lunch. As a result, part of the group, including us, was guided by the fixed schedule, but arrived at the gathering place by 15:00, as the guide said. It was not announced in advance that the actual departure was scheduled for 3:20 p.m. Therefore, when we saw a message in the group from the guides that it was possible to walk, we left the parking lot before 16:00 according to the fixed schedule. This led to a tense situation and conflict in the group. Later, it was recognized that there was indeed a confusion with the schedule, but there was no apology from the guide or the company, and the situation was not explained to other tourists. I also contacted the company's representatives to clarify the situation, but responsibility for the non-compliance with the schedules was not recognized, and I was informed that an apology was not required. I am sharing this review because the following things are important to me on tours: — a uniform and up—to—date schedule, - timely notification of changes, - respectful attitude towards customers. I hope the company will pay attention to the organization and communication with tourists. For those who are thinking about this tour, I would like to inform you that we had about 120 people with 2 guides, and 7 cars, 5 of which were unaccompanied.
