There is no cleaning, there is blood juices on the tiles in the foyer, human feces in the toilet on the bed. Do not buy tours from this travel agent!

We turned with our family to the travel agency "Come with us CO-3", which is located at 12/24 Dostyk Ave., Almaty.
Unfortunately, we got to the manager, Saurbai Jazira, who picked up a tour to Egypt for us.
Information on the departure of our charter flight was provided to us by Jazira herself.
On the eve of departure, she wrote on WhatsApp that our flight VSV 5215 was postponed from 5 a.m. to 8:10 a.m.
That you need to be at the airport 3 hours before departure, i.e. at 5:00 a.m. She sent us a screenshot from some website.
We arrive at the airport at 4:20 (we prefer to arrive earlier) and Lo and BEHOLD! We will find out that the check-in for the flight is COMPLETED!!!!! Our flight departs according to plan – at 5:00 and THE AIRPORT DID NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE FLIGHT POSTPONEMENT.
We turned to the check–in desk, where very competent girls, SCAT employees, informed us that there was no information about the flight postponement at 8:10 and suggested that we deal with our tour operator - where did they get such data?
We call Jazira – she can't answer our questions clearly and just hangs up.
We are all in tears and under a lot of nervous stress, we are going home with our suitcases.
In the morning we arrive at the office of "Come with us CO-3" at Dostyk, 12 to provide a written claim for a refund of the money for the failed tour. They accepted the claim with displeased expressions, WITHOUT EVEN APOLOGIZING for what had happened. Speaking of Jazira, she didn't even come over to apologize.
Jazira, apparently considering the offer appropriate, suggested that we cancel the tour in WRITING (after the fact, by the way, like we changed our mind about flying ourselves). After firmly rejecting this "smart" offer, she decided to change her shoes and said that she had formulated her proposal incorrectly and suggested that we postpone the departure time 2 days later, which significantly reduced our vacation time.
Then it was even more interesting))))
A few days later, we called their office to find out the answer to our claim and when we would still get OUR money back for the trip.
Ksenia answered us, who introduced herself as the head of this department (and on the official website, the head is another girl))) interesting))). She said that the refund of our money was not resolved and sent us to their lawyer.
We write to the lawyer that we need an official response to our claim (official means a form and a seal, probably a competent lawyer should understand this). He replied that the answer was being prepared and he would send it TO WHATSAPP. Seriously?! Is this how a competent lawyer representing the interests of PSN CO- 3 works?
We ask the lawyer SPECIFIC questions about the date and time when the answer will be ready, as well as the address of the office where we can pick up the official.answer. We do not receive a specific answer. Maybe tomorrow, maybe Monday, but I won't tell you the address yet.
Ow, people! The management of "Come with us", do not be ashamed! Give us OUR MONEY BACK.
You can't give us back a ruined vacation and our nerve cells. So give us our money.
