Parcels began to fly from America for two weeks. It takes a month to deliver the parcel. And you write to support, you get the answer: "We will send your message," why should anyone?! You solve internal problems and work a little more responsibly !

Parcels are severely delayed in an American warehouse. Amazon delivered in a few days and for more than a month they could not add a package that had already been delivered to them. After the money was added, they couldn't issue an invoice, and when I asked them to combine the parcels so as not to pay twice as much for delivery separately, everything hung for a month and the parcel still hasn't been combined, it hasn't been billed, and accordingly it's unclear when it will be sent.
