I came to them with a foreman, with a turbine and with a 2-year warranty card. If the turbine was defective, possible malfunctions were mentioned such as the catalyst and the particulate filter (which are missing), a malfunction of the fuel system, although all parameters are normal. Incorrect operation was also cited as a possible reason. In short, anything but their mistakes in work or defective spare parts. It would be possible to send it to an independent office for examination, but it would be a pity more time than money. It was decided to buy a used turbine, which became 2 times cheaper than their work. I've already driven about 30,000 km, everything works like clockwork. And if it was, as they claimed, the wrong combustion of the mixture, then something would be wrong. There is only one thing left-to go and wipe yourself with this two-year warranty or 100,000 km. Well, knowledgeable people advise it is better to take a used turbine in the original, which has not been repaired and was produced by specialized companies with high-quality equipment using high-quality components, than to use the services of a company that probably does its job well, but the spare parts, "high-quality" China, that they use is 50-50. A replacement under warranty was refused.
