Disgusting customer orientation!!! We arrived on 12/25/2025 from Sukharevo specifically to this store, there was a sign "tech break until 13:00", we waited 40 minutes, hung the sign "until 14:00", a one-year-old baby was with us. There were no preliminary announcements on Instagram, on the website, or on the doors!!! The horror!!!!!!
