When ordering through the site, the order acceptance message comes from the left mail (which for some reason is referred to as valid), to which you will not be able to send any comments, edits and additional files. It is better to find a valid email yourself, because you will not be informed of it either in a message, in an SMS, or in personal correspondence with an employee.
