We used the Anwa-print printing house on Solomenskaya Street several times. We printed certificates with the wrong colors once. The claim was stated that the designer was to blame (which is strange, because on their own monitor the colors were completely different). Okay, we accepted it, we believed it. Later it turned out (according to their own words) that it turns out they had problems with the printer. No apologies, no offer to compensate for their disgusting work.
Yesterday, a very unpleasant situation occurred. I brought them 1000 flyers to print. The price is not small, 770 UAH for 1000 standard-sized flyers. They said it would be ready in 30 minutes, but I can't wait and come pick it up later. After leaving 400 UAH of prepayment, I returned 1.5 hours later (!). And they just started printing. I had to drive from another part of the city to waste my working time. And in the end, there wasn't even an apology. "It will be ready in 30 minutes," they said. As a result, I picked it up the next morning right before the exhibition. And only thanks to my indignation it was possible to knock out of them as much as 30 UAH of discount from the amount of 770 UAH.
The attitude towards customers is ugly. From now on, we will walk 500 meters further to the competitors.

They just called me with the assaults, how I defamed them) and how wrong I am. And that if I needed it so urgently, they would have sent a courier to me.
I didn't need it urgently, I went to them in a day. No one pulled the tongue that it would take 30 minutes. I made my plans based on their own words. No one called me and warned me that the seal was being delayed, although I left my phone.
About the previous problem with certificates, they said that I couldn't prove it because it was a long time ago
What can I say... working with clients ) There was no apology again.
