Severe form of osteoporosis, already 5 compression fractures, I walk in a corset. The description is only on the third day.
The ticket could not be taken, so I came for the result an hour before the end of the reception. There were no people in the queue. I did not have time to go in, as the doctor rudely began to shout that without a coupon she was not obliged to accept me. The arguments that there were no coupons and I only needed the X-ray results, she did not perceive. As a result, she screamed and reprimanded me, a 68-year-old pensioner, for more time than she then wrote me a referral to a surgeon, since the picture showed another compression fracture. The ticket to the surgeon was given only after 8 days. These are the doctors we have, they do not treat, but provide services.
And one more question. Why does a working person on sick leave have the right to come to an appointment without a coupon, and a sick pensioner must take a coupon for a repeat appointment, which almost never exists. Are we second-class people?
