The attitude of the staff is disgusting! For some time now, the doctors and nurses at this clinic have decided that patients should know their internal "regulations" and "save" their time. Why should we also listen to the negativity from doctors and nurses?! I was in the regional hospital, after which I was discharged with an open sick leave in order to present the discharge to the therapist, as well as so that in the future the therapist would give a referral for tests and re-hospitalization. When contacting a therapist, I listened to a lot of negativity about the fact that I have an open sick leave from another "institution" and, you see, in order for her to close it, she needs to go to the head and write a bunch of papers, but she doesn't want to do this now, so it's easier for her to give her sick leave. To my fair question, "why do I need sick leave, because I feel good," she replied that then she needed to go and write papers, etc. And it wasn't fast. I replied that I would wait. With dissatisfaction, she nevertheless went to do her job. After about 15 minutes, I was invited to the office, again I listened to all these outrages about the sick leave and that there were a lot of papers (for 2 seconds), etc. When my patience was running out, I asked again why I had to listen to this, and maybe I could do something for her to close the sick leave? To which I was told that I couldn't do anything for her, but who else could she express her indignation to? I clarified the timing of the tests, they told me to come on 13, I will write you will pass everything, you will be in time by 19.03. On 13.03 I came to the appointment again, but this doctor is no longer receiving due to illness. I was redirected to another therapist, and I was given referrals for tests, which were completed. And the doctor told me that the tests would be ready on 18.03 (I remind you that I should be hospitalized on 19.03). Accordingly, the therapist will prescribe a referral for me. I'm taking a ticket for 18.03 to another therapist (for the reason that apparently everyone is sick or something else). I come to the appointment at the appointed time (of course, I sit out the queue for an hour and a half), I go into the office, explain the situation and again listen to a lot of negativity, but this time from the nurse, that you see, I didn't come in earlier, but she went out, and now she has a lot to write, etc., etc. A fair question arises again. The question is, how can I know who and what, and how much should I write?! Dear medical professionals, I really respect you, I understand what an invaluable contribution you make to society and that without you we are "ordinary people" nowhere. The staff is friendly, the queues are moderate, but the organization itself leaves much to be desired: there are not enough therapists, you can't find narrow specialists during the day, and the appointment is a month in advance. Disgusting organization of work. They give coupons from 16:54 to 20:00.We served 2.5 hours in the queue.If they give coupons without a specific time (additional ones), then the doctor should take, for example: two people on time, one without time!!! Secondly, there were no terrible queues, and it passed almost by the time of its coupons. I liked the doctors, and the nurses, too. Everything is with a smile, everything is polite, the examination is attentive, I received directions for all necessary tests and examinations without any problems. But the girls at the reception were most impressed - no rudeness, they wrote down where they needed to with jokes and smiles, they met us halfway so that it would be as convenient as possible to pass all the prescribed examinations with the least number of visits to polyclinics. In short, well done. There are many patients, we are all different, sometimes it can be difficult with us. Thank you for your professionalism, understanding and participation. I didn't regret a minute that I applied here first, and not immediately to paid clinics, as I originally planned. I saved money, and the service is no worse, the only thing is an old building, I want, of course, repairs, but this is a secondary issue.

I am horrified by the work of the surgeon of this clinic, Hussein Mansour! Absolutely not a competent specialist, I contacted him about the removal of a kiloid scar! He sent me first to an oncologist with an incorrectly written referral, did not even put a seal on me, I was turned around and had to wait another month for another coupon and run back to him to rewrite the referral. Then I prescribed some expensive ointment, after that I still deigned to ask if I would like to remove it? I finally figured it out. He signed me up for a consultation with a surgeon at the hospital, but when I said that I couldn't do it that day, and whether I could somehow make an appointment for another one, he replied that he couldn't help me in any way. That is, if you can't on this day, then that's your problem. I just left him with nothing and in complete shock. I wasted almost a month and a half of time going to see him and achieved nothing! Is this a normal doctor? Do they even look at who they're hiring?

I came at 9 a.m., stood in line for two hours, and the money had just arrived. I have a cough, my lungs hurt, and I have to listen clearly from the nurse. For what joy? She should be writing papers in silence, not yelling at patients. There are no questions for Tamara Vladimirovna. The nurse is very bad, but the doctor gave me a referral for fluorography and listened to me, prescribed all the medications. I think doctors should visit a psychologist and/or a psychotherapist and learn how to communicate with people. I know that there are inadequate patients.
