In many offices where I applied, I like the service, I liked the blood donation very quickly and promptly, it seems like there are a lot of people, but it passes quickly... The staff is friendly... But several times I had to take an ECG in 321 rooms ... This is SOMETHING..... Constant misunderstandings with the queue, since there are 2 of them in this one office for the ECG and fluorography itself, so the confusion is incomprehensible and they serve for a long time and need to be served every time... It is because of this office that the overall impression of the clinic deteriorates, you come out, squeezed out like a lemon from nerves... They can't seem to get things right....

A bloody horror, not a clinic. I will share some situations that surprised me unpleasantly. I called a doctor at home — the temperature was under 40 (there was purulent sore throat). I'm sitting at home, waiting for several hours, and then they call from the clinic — they ask me to come myself. And I feel REALLY bad. You can imagine the condition at such a temperature. So I came somehow. The second case. I came to the doctor on duty to get the tick out. They were sent to the BSMB because they do not have the "necessary tools" (they turned out to be tweezers and alcohol). The BSMP did everything in a minute. Thanks for the help. Well, in general, the work is terrible. The technique works every other time. I came for help today, and they tell me: "Come back in a week, our computers don't work." It was not very convenient for me to go to a consultation at the 9th month. And I came here. I went into the office. And there are usually 3 employees. 1 takes pieces of paper and writes them down, 2 take blood. This time there were 5. One took papers, another took blood, and 3 were sitting on the couch waving their legs. Complaints began with dissatisfied people, I came to donate blood here, I had to go to a consultation. I explained that they were allowed to take it there (and in principle, it makes sense for me to go somewhere far away if he comes here anyway for tests from the consultation), they were confused for a while. And I sat down to donate blood. And those 3 girls sitting on the couch began their stories "and I went through the whole city pregnant" and in a similar spirit. And it was obvious from the form that one of them was a nurse at all. I'm sorry, but I came to donate blood. And not to listen to these people sitting and discussing who went where pregnant. They laughed all over the office. What if they had distracted the one who takes the blood? Generally unpleasant personalities 2) there was also a situation, there were a lot of people, the queue stood and went to hand over. I'm coming in. And these people were not satisfied with the fact that the paper in the corner was wet. They didn't accept it. They didn't tell me what to do. I explained that I couldn't get a referral. I took it to the LCD, and it's 10 minutes before the laboratory closes. They didn't care. I went to the second reception. They said there was nothing we could do to help. I ran to the laboratory at 4. I started explaining the situation there. (Time is running out, this elevator will take two years to go, I had to run on foot for 9 months) There were two girls in the lab. I explained everything, showed the direction. They were surprised why the laboratory responded in such a way that the wet corner did not wash away either the data or what kind of analysis should be taken. Everything was in place. It's just a nightmare! My mother, an elderly man, suffers from pain in her spine! She turned to the surgeon and received a dismissive attitude to the place of proper care. The doctor just ignored all my mom's words and did me a favor by giving me a referral for an X-ray! The situation was repeated in the radiologist's office, as well as with the radiologist! And we must try to get out of work alive by the end of the shift. But that's not what I wanted to write about at all. I want to thank a young traumatologist, Mikishko Valeria. Vladimirovna. After Covid, I started having problems with my joints. Since February, I have visited everyone, including for a fee, until I decided to apply at my place of residence without hope. I came with a wand, it hurt to walk. The doctor prescribed treatment for me and after 3 days I came by myself! Without a crutch. But the disease does not leave. I had to deal with the ankles again, and yesterday with the shoulder joints. Again, the treatment was chosen normally. And after the blockade, my arm is already working today. After examining me, I would have concluded that my throat, for example, is fine when I can neither eat nor drink. In general, with a temperature and all the signs of ARVI/Covida, etc. he prescribes a sprinkler in my throat and vitamins and tells me to go to work and study. My temperature jumps to 38.7 today. After boxing, he immediately went to the help desk to ask me to send an appointment to a normal specialist, but I was told to go back to the box and sit again for 2.5 hours with a fever and signs of the diseases mentioned above. I get something from the help desk and they send me to the head of the therapeutic department. I also spent an hour or two with her in total (analyzes, clarification of the picture, etc.). The clinic has been in a mess for a long time and I was thinking about switching to another one, now I have no doubts and I will definitely do it. Perhaps there are good doctors in this clinic, but I have not met them. Negligent attitude, and even rudeness (hello to endocrinologists). In order for you to be treated or paid attention, you need to go to a paid clinic to see a doctor, and then with a conclusion go to a polyclinic doctor so that they understand what to treat and what to do. Last year, being isolated, with loss of sleep, cough and weakness, I begged for 2 weeks to take a blood test and for the doctor to listen to the lungs. As a result, on the 14th day of self-isolation, the doctor came to close the hospital, I coughed and asked to listen to the lungs.. The result: pneumonia, and they put me in the hospital.. I sincerely hope that such shit will not happen to anyone else, and such doctors will not harm anyone.

I called three times for the PCR result, the answer was given on the 4th day and then because I was persistent. This was important to me, since all the symptoms of otitis media: two ears hurt, flow , a wet pillow from discharge from the ear at night, I explain I need an ENT, there is suddenly suppuration, but the ears are next to the brain, you understand the area of responsibility, the temperature is holding. I was released , I can't go to paid clinics, because I'm a law-abiding patient. The third day went by, no one came. It is not surprising that the mortality rate is high . I think it's not just from covid. That's how you come across a couple of "doctors from God" and then you let everyone through this prism. But the good thing is that you know a lot of doctors who worthily carry this title , but they are not from this clinic . Maybe if they had been treated with attention at the first treatment and helped to stop the disease at the root , then the intensive care units would have been freer ? What am I? I'm waiting for the brigade for the third day.....

I came to get vaccinated against COVID twice and got into bureaucratic paperwork twice. The information on the website about vaccination is incorrect or the doctors at the clinic are lying. Once the laboratory assistant almost screamed. The attitude towards people is boorish. I came to the surgeon twice: once I waited an hour from my time with a coupon and left. There was no time to wait any longer. The second time, on a first-come, first-served basis, I decided to try it as advised at the reception - minus an hour and a half of life and did not get there.
