As practice has shown, doctors are specialized, not indifferent and literate.
Those who write negative reviews have simply not encountered a bigger problem than queuing.
God grant that this is the end of it.
At one time, the pediatric cardiologist T.A. Myskovskikh saved my daughter's life (she was 2 years old at the time). I made the right diagnosis and (as a result) my daughter turns 13 this year. And they did not even predict the year of life...MANY THANKS TO OUR DOCTORS!

In the therapeutic department, after talking with internists, I prefer to visit the assistants, if possible Rumyantseva (always polite, attentive). A very big negative remained after several conversations with the Spindle therapist! Especially during covid. There are wonderful nurses in the therapeutic department. Stress-resistant people should work at the reception. You can easily run into rudeness here.

Today at 7:31 I started calling the children's registry to take a ticket to the ENT doctor. I was put in line several times, but I called back again without waiting for an answer. Once again at 7:37 I got through. My number in the queue was 3. I decided to wait for an answer. There were beeps - and I decided: this is it, happiness!)) And again, NO! (( 26!!!!!!! I listened to the beeps for minutes!!!!! But no one picked up the phone!!!!! I took a screenshot of the calls, but such a photo is not accepted here ((((

We visit this institution, a children's one. It seems that children are not being treated there, but are being experimented on. Each appointment at the pediatrician ends with the head's office. Interns are mostly accepted. Of course, I understand that they also need to take experience somewhere. but! After such receptions, you have to continue treatment in other paid institutions, or go to Minsk. Diagnoses are made incorrectly, the examination of the child is practically absent. I can open my mouth and look at it. When there is a real problem and I see it, the doctor does nothing, but stupidly prescribes drugs that the child does not need at all without examinations.
It also really pisses me off that they almost force me to make a vaccine. They scare about Ukraine, etc. It would be better to learn how to work, and be more attentive to children. And not like they were experimenting on guinea pigs. And it's not just in my area, it's the whole children's department. There is no good pediatric doctor!!
