I began to serve - for a year, until March 2026. I went to the traumatologist and gave him my card, and they say they'll give it to me when I come back from the dressing the second time... I don't need sick leave because I work for myself and I don't get paid.
I come for the second time for a dressing and they tell me that the card is no longer there.
I go to the registry to figure out where the card is, because they lost my main one a long time ago ( but there is mine where I duplicated everything) They say: but you dropped out and took the card in your hands. ( I say:- they didn't give it to me). She starts looking for her at the Reception (she ran to the office of the traumatologist).The herb doctor's assistant also comes to the reception. He runs after her with my card. I write a complaint that I wait an hour for the card to be found, so that it would not be lost, and I write that I spent 7 hours under the office at the traumatologist + I got sick.
Then I was asked to approach Andreenko NV in 401 office. and there was a conversation that the card should remain with them. OKAY, BUT... They've checked me out everywhere, and then where will my card be? !)
A day later, a doctor comes to my house and wants to take my blood pressure, during working hours from 12 to 14, approximately, because it was lunch (at a time when she was not called). They had such a test))
And then I get an answer to my complaint. In room 401, the entire conversation is recorded on a dictaphone. (because the person was very worried that I would not take it off, but there is a dictaphone for his own safety)... And here is the answer to my complaint. And yes, I signed because the girl is registered. She said it was so that I could get my hands on the card. I said okay.)
Verdict: The attitude is terrible. Andreenko N.V. still has the card. It is not known where the card is now.( it is recorded in the Dictaphone that the card remains with them ) It is also not known how the extracts are going to be made. But it's very interesting. Why write that I took the card? If there are cameras and evidence that she stayed in Andreenko N.V.'s office.
And I cannot be denied service under the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII, Article 45 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and Articles 6 and 42 of the Law "On Healthcare".
