It is very inconvenient to drive from the other end of the city, and if the car breaks down, then it is generally problematic to get there with a small child, and you will not get coupons either.
And I also don't understand why parents should run around and look for the child's card in the classrooms. It happened, I came with a child to a narrow specialist doctor on a coupon. He doesn't have a card: go to the registry, let the child stay in the office. I went to the registry, there is no card there either, they sent me to the office of our pediatrician, who does not receive at this time. They didn't find the card there either. I went back to the registry, they gave me an insert as a result. So why should I, as a parent, run around the offices and look for a child's card at the registry? I believe that if a ticket is issued, especially in the morning through the window, then the card from the registry should be brought to the doctor, or the doctor has an assistant who can go to the registry for the card, and not chase the parent through the floors and offices.

Внешне здание похоже либо на тюрьму, либо на коровник, внутри ремонт хороший, был бы другой набор гинеталий - рассказал бы про врачей)
