For several years in a row, we have been ordering products from the printing house that are very important to us. We are supervised directly by Natalia Martynova and Katerina Bazarova. Firstly, what distinguishes Polycraft from other printing houses is that everything happens quickly, clearly, plus the girls are very attentive and ask leading questions that the customer may not know about and not report. Secondly, to say that they are meeting us halfway is to say nothing! Katerina and Natalia, as 2 superheroines, are not the first time they have helped us out of the most difficult situations, the cause of which we ourselves were. There is a great lack of humanity in other printing houses. I could have been denied my request for one, two. But not these two wonder women. It is such actions that establish strong partnerships and for a long time our company's issue with the printing house has been resolved. He called one of the working numbers on the site (some of these are not available), the girl replied that she was at lunch now, and as soon as she checked the application, she would call back. We are waiting further, so no one has dialed, today I call back myself again, the girl picked up the phone and said that those who answer your request did not call back and did not write, because we do not make the products for which you applied! It turns out, from where your managers can know what we want to order, if in the application from the site, only the contact information was specified by me, i.e. it turns out that customers' requests are completely ignored.
